Around Sarasota, good coaches book up before each season, so ask about waiting lists and package rates rather than single lessons. Group clinics are the cheapest way for an adult beginner to get regular court time and a set of practice partners, and many programs across Florida sort players by NTRP level so matches stay competitive. League sign-ups happen a few weeks before each season through a club or a local USTA captain. Camps and junior academies usually require a short evaluation first; ask about scholarship or sliding-scale spots, which many non-profit tennis associations offer.

No hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times. Sarasota is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Sarasota follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This is a fabulous venue for baseball! It’s the perfect size, easy to get to, and the people who work there are SO friendly. There’s not a bad seat in the place. The food and beverage options are plentiful and the team store is great. Go early to catch foul and homerun balls in the outdoor food court. Go even earlier to the brand new practice facility next door so you can see the players up close and get autographs. We have gone two years in a row and are already planning next year’s trip.

This is my only second time at a baseball ground but coming in second can't be that bad. The main car park is right across the road from the stadium and only gripe is not enough seating around the outside of the stadium that is in the shade.

Listen. It has been over a decade since I last went to a baseball game. And since moving to Bradenton I decided to visit Ed Smith Stadium to watch the Baltimore Orioles play team Netherlands for a Baseball Classic exhibition game. The stadium is beautiful with seating for up to 8500 fans. It also has a wonderful concourse with a ton of concessions. There is also a fan shop to purchase MLB merchandise. I had great seats and bought the tickets at a great price (use the MLB Ballpark app). Disclaimer: this ballpark is all digital. They do not except cash.

Top stadium for spring trading with the Baltimore Orioles. Extremely nice staff. Good food and beverage options. Easy parking. Highly recommend for a baseball fan .

The people here, from concessions to security are so kind. I feel so at home here as a native Marylander. I had the crab cake (Boog’s was sold out!) and it was delicious and reasonably priced. Thanks for taking care of me, Sarasota.
